Renae Bechthold
Renae is the director and new owner of Metro Marketing and Media. Having built four previous profitable companies from start-up to sale, Renae has over 25 years of solid entrepreneurial and business management experience. She is a master at teaching and coaching health and wellness professionals in business, marketing and sales skills. Metro clients blossom under her mentorship and business training. Her hands-on, real world business practices and experience really show up in her clients' results! She knows what it takes to be successful and has a gift for teaching this to others. She is passionate about the healing arts and owned two very successful holistic healthcare practices.

Additionally, Renae has trained in the art of Aikido for over 20 years. She now teaches in San Diego. Her ability to teach and coach business, marketing, personal development and success skills makes her a valuable resource for Metro Clients.
  Mikel Bruce
 Mikel is the founder of Metro Marketing and Media. Upon receiving a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Alfred University, Mikel began a successful career in sales and marketing. Prior to founding Metro Marketing and Media, Mikel spent over 10 years working for two multi-national organizations. Mikel combines his professional sales, marketing, and business experience with his training in whole person integration and physical and mental well-being.

Mikel has taught stress management programs in over 35 companies and organizations in the San Diego area. He is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with The Yoga Alliance and founder of Metro Marketing and Media. Mikel has spent over a decade studying and teaching personal and spiritual development.
  Holly Finn
A San Diego native who excels in magically blending art and commerce, Holly is the graphic designer at Metro Marketing. Specializing in web projects, as well as print work and illustration, her passions lie in the realm of lifestyle, health, music, beauty, and fashion. Holly holds two degrees, one in Graphic Design and the other in Advertising and Marketing. She thrives on providing clients with a dynamic creative edge and loves to collaborate with people who are passionate about what they do.
  Ron Blaise
Ron is known in the internet marketing world as the SEO expert's expert. Why? Because he was on and mastering the business internet world for well over 10 years. He is masterful at training clients how to optimize their web site marketing channels as well as their online marketing. As founder and owner of NetResults, he has helped hundreds of businesses improve their online marketing results.
